Heated Glass Door:

Doors are gas-charged tempered safety glass coated with a transparent conductive film. Adjustable low-E heated glass feature ("Weak/Medium/Strong" settings) keep the front of your cooler fog-free.

Product Warranty

Thank you for your interest in KingsBottle wine and beverage refrigerators. We are happy to announce effective from 2016 our warranty has been upgraded from a 1 year to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. 

    WHO IS COVERED:

    This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

    LIMITED WARRANTY:

    If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the refrigerator. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2-year from the date of purchase. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your original order toward a replacement (Any REPLACEMENT unit will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase).     THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

    DAMAGE due to such things as an accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair or any other cause beyond the control of the seller whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the goods sold here are WINE & BEVERAGE COOLERS, which house beer and other wines. Purchaser assumes all the risk of using these units, including the risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness and similar perils that may occur.

    SPECIAL NOTE

    Warranty is only honored for the unit which is used in the countries where the unit was initially purchased. And, if your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, we do not offer an extended warranty policy. You MUST contact the retailer of purchase directly. In the event your retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, we recommend you contact a third party warranty provider, or purchase the extended warranty service within a maximum of 30 days from the original purchase. However, regardless of the point of purchase, all KingsBottle coolers are backed by a TWO-YEAR manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase.

    Shipping & Returns

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your KingsBottle products. If the item you received is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.

    30-Day Return Period

    If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. However, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact us for instructions on the return.

     Special Orders

    On personalized, customized and special orders, orders of parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or was customized incorrectly. We must be informed within 5 days of receipt that the item is damaged or defective.

    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange. Items received damaged should be refused or appropriately noted as damaged prior to signing for them. Failure to do so limits the ability to file a claim with the carrier and may result in the customer being responsible. Shipping cost will be paid for by Kingsbottle within 30 days for all defective or incorrect items. Damaged shipments are evaluated with the carrier and handled on a case by case basis

    After 30 days

    If you decide to return your purchase after 30 days, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items after 30 days cannot be returned. If you would like to arrange an exchange for a different Kingsbottle item, please contact us.

    Shipping & Handling Fees

    Shipping & Handling fees will only be refunded or paid for by Kingsbottle within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.

    Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

    If you decide to return a fully functioning item and upon examination of the return, Kingsbottle determines the purchase has missing items or has been damaged, Kingsbottle will charge a fee to cover the expense. A fee will be charged for any returned product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

    Personal Items/Data

    Please remove all personal items or data before returning any products. We are not responsible for any personal items or data left in or on these items.

    SPECIAL NOTE:

    If your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from BTO America (also known as KingsBottle), we CANNOT accept your return. You MUST contact the retail store that you bought the item from. Please understand that when the order is placed with them and not directly with us we will not be able to look up your order and hence we will not able to replace, exchange or return the item.

    The manufacturer accepts no liability for any spoilage to the content of the refrigerator, not even when the device is within the warranty period. Similarly, the manufacturer accepts no liability for personal injury due to incorrectly stored goods, which are for personal consumption or resale.

    The parts (PCB board, temperature controller, fans, evaporator coils, condenser coils, compressor, etc) are for replacement on KingsBottle refrigerators only. We do not recommend these parts to be used for repair of other brand refrigerators, we can not guarantee the dimensions fit and the program works properly for other brand refrigerators. All parts are final sales, We don't accept returns, exchange and refund on any parts sold.

    General Shipping Policy -

    A confirmation e-mail will be sent as soon as you place your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipping.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, then we will void the pre-authorization, and contact you via e-mail.  If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment –

    If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card, and it will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping from the supplier to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days your order, feel free to contact us .

    Free Shipping - Free curb-side shipping for eligible products available for deliveries within the continental United States.  Curb-side delivery indicates outside delivery only.  To arrange inside delivery, please contact customer service 360-773-2422.  There is an additional fee for Threshold & White Glove Delivery.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees outside of the lower 48 United States are determined based on destination, product weight and dimensions and other factors not listed here.     Wine Refrigerators, Furniture and Other Heavy Items
    Items with a noted separate shipping charge, such as heavy items, wine cellars, nitrogen systems, and over-sized items cannot be shipped using express delivery methods. 

    Notes Concerning Heavy Items:

    • Customers ordering heavy items (such as large wine refrigerators, furniture, or wine racks) will be contacted to setup delivery when the unit has reached your local distribution center
    • Shipments of heavy items across the country take approx. 5-10 days, outside 14-18 days.
    • Please feel free to contact our shipping companies if you have not heard from your shipper in the allotted time frame. When contacting the shipping company, please reference your shipment tracking code.

    For heavy items, you may need to arrange for professional movers to relocate your purchase from curb-side to the inside your home/business.  UPS, FED-EX, USPS, LTL freight companies will not bring your shipment inside. Contact us if you need assistance.  Threshold and White Glove Delivery can be arranged through our customer service at support@arcticsealwinecoolers.com.  Check with us to see if special delivery services are available for your purchase.

    Track Your Order - 

    Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number on it.  If you do not receive an email please contact us at support@arcticsealwinecoolers.com.

    Damages -

    Cancellations & Refunds -

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

    Items must be returned in new condition which includes being unused and in original packaging. There is a 15% - 25% restocking fee per item returned. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Return Policy

    Qualified returns must be - Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.

    • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
    • There is a 15% to 25% restocking fee pursuant to the manufacturers policy.
    • Return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
    • There is a 5% administrative fee that will be deducted from the refund.  Fee applies only to the purchase prices (excludeds taxes and warranty.)
    • We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Free Shipping does not include return shipping.  Standard shipping fees apply.
    • You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

    • Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened

    It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

    If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

    What Should You Look For?

    Proper Dimensions

    Nothing is more important than knowing the exact measurement of the space in which you will be placing your new appliance.  Once you have these measurement, you will need to consider the following things:

    • Build-in units - Designed to slide snugly in between kitchen cabinets.  These types of units need to have the exhaust vent in the front of the appliance where the air can escape easily. 
    • Freestanding units - Designed to stand alone under the countertop. Compressor coils are on the back of the unit. Rear coils must maintain adequate air flow, so you'll need to keep several inches of free space behind and around the sides.  Refer to the Owner’s Manual for specific requirements of the appliance you are interested in. You may also want to know if the unit has adjustable feet.  This may come in handy if you want to raise the unit.
    • ADA Compliant units - Designed to meet ADA height and government guidelines in public accommodations, commercial establishments, and assisted living facilities. These models are available for built-in and freestanding installation.  The units are typically 4” to 6” shorter than a standard 36” kitchen countertop.
    • Door Clearance - The measurement that is required for the right or the left door with or without handles to be from adjacent cabinet walls so they can be opened 90°. Refer to the Owner’s Manual Installation Guide.
